Senior DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will be working with the development team for the project, which is a taxi aggregator and delivery service that includes a built-in marketplace. Think of it as a competitor to Uber Eats, but with additional features similar to those of Amazon.

Requirements:

Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, ELK, Istio, Redis, Ansible roles, Helm, Liquibase;
Spoken English at the upper-intermediate level;
Project management and leadership skills;
Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, and clear status updates;
Ability to get answers from the customer in the shortest time possible to those questions that he had not thought about. Ability to explain your thoughts or findings also to non- technical professionals.

Nice to have experience with some of this technologies:

CICD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, SSO, Grafana, DataDog, Python, Bash, Golang, Apache, php-fpm, nginx, MySQL

Responsibilities:

Maintain the existing high-load devops architecture of the project;
Analyze and eliminate vulnerabilities in the configuration;
Stay on top of potential instability cases and fix them before something crashes;
Quickly analyze incidents during downtime and restore system functionality;
Deploy a new stack in the AWS environment;
Maintain the existing AWS environment based on Kubernetes;
Optimize CICD processes, improve Jenkins task scenarios;
Optimize HelmChart schemes;
Improve Terraform-related code parts;
Maintain ELK-based dashboards (creating new ones, modifying configurations of existing ones);
Create EKS clusters.
